Fresh cauliflower, lightly fried and tossed in Fresno sauce, cilantro, and aioli coleslaw. Two tacos for lunch. Three tacos for dinner. Served with jasmine rice and a mixture of black beans, roasted corn with jalapenos, lime juice and cilantro

Quality steak seasoned in a jerk marinade and sauteed with fresh squash, zucchini, cauliflower, carrots, and cherry tomatoes. Served over a bed or jasmine rice
